Refund Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

1. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your Pro or Business subscription at any time from your dashboard’s Manage billinglink, which securely opens Stripe’s billing portal.

Cancelling stops future automated renewals — it does not immediately terminate your access. You keep full, uninterrupted use of your plan’s premium features (unlimited tool executions, copy/export, bulk processing) through the end of the current billing cycle you have already paid for. Once that billing period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan, and you will not be billed again.

2. No Prorated or Partial Refunds

Because a subscription grants immediate, unlimited access to our digital tools and server-side processing capabilities for the entire billing cycle, we do not offer prorated or partial refunds or credits for unused time within an active billing period.

This applies whether you cancel one day or twenty-nine days into your billing cycle.

3. EU/EEA Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU/EEA consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from online service contracts.

However, because ZeroMenial provides immediate access to digital content and services upon subscription, you explicitly agree and acknowledge at checkout that by completing your purchase, you request immediate performance of the service and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Consequently, unless the service is materially defective or unavailable, we do not honor statutory 14-day refund requests once you have accessed or used any paid Pro or Business features. Your statutory rights under local consumer-protection laws regarding defective or misrepresented services remain unaffected.

4. Technical Issues or Service Outages

If ZeroMenial’s tools are materially non-functional or unavailable for an extended period, or if the service does not perform as described, please contact us immediately at support@zeromenial.com. We evaluate outages and service failures in good faith and may issue a manual refund or credit at our sole discretion.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed in error (e.g., charged twice for the same billing cycle, or charged after a cancellation was successfully processed), email support@zeromenial.com with your account details. We will investigate and promptly correct any genuine billing discrepancies.

6. How to Cancel

  1. Log into your ZeroMenial Dashboard.
  2. Click Manage billing.
  3. In the secure Stripe billing portal, select Cancel subscription.

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, please contact support@zeromenial.com for manual assistance.
