Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 July 2026

1. Who these terms are with

ZeroMenial (zeromenial.com, the “Service”) is operated by Eleftherios Vafeiadis, an individual sole proprietor based in Nicosia, Cyprus 1048 (“ZeroMenial,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. The Service

ZeroMenial provides a library of free, browser-based utility tools, plus optional paid Pro and Business subscription plans that unlock unlimited daily use, copy/export, and bulk processing features. No account is required to use the free tier. Free plan usage is limited to 12 tool executions per rolling 24-hour period.

Tool outputs are provided for convenience and general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, medical, or other expert advice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.

3. Paid subscriptions

Pro and Business plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard’s “Manage billing” link; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

EU/EEA consumers: under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase of digital services. At checkout, you are asked to expressly acknowledge that you request immediate access to your paid plan and that, under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you thereby waive this 14-day right of withdrawal once you begin using a paid feature. Your statutory rights regarding a service that is materially defective or not as described are not affected by this waiver. See our Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to process content you don’t have the right to process;
  • Attempt to circumvent free-plan usage limits (e.g. via automated scripts or multiple accounts created to evade limits);
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to disrupt the Service’s infrastructure or security;
  • Reverse-engineer the Service in order to build a directly competing product from it.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts or usage patterns that violate this section.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroMenial’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or €0 if you’re on the free plan). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its underlying code are owned by ZeroMenial. Content you input into a tool remains yours; we claim no ownership over it, and — as described in our Privacy Policy — it is processed in your browser and not sent to our servers.

8. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protections of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence. Any dispute not resolved informally may be brought before the competent courts of Cyprus, or, where you are an EU/EEA consumer, before the courts of your own country of residence as permitted by applicable law. EU consumers may also have access to out-of-court dispute resolution bodies recognized by their national authorities.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
